It allows you to <strong>create content and send SMS campaigns<\/strong>&nbsp;to your database or imported&nbsp;contact&nbsp;files.&nbsp;This will be your most visited tab, so take a while and get familiar with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you&nbsp;can also check the history and reports, scheduled&nbsp;messages,&nbsp;add, view and edit&nbsp;drafts, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/blog\/sender-id-how-to-send-branded-sms-company-name\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">add SMS sendernames<\/a>&nbsp;and create or edit a message template for regular campaigns.&nbsp;Super usefull stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"database\">Contact database section<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The contacts&nbsp;database section allows you manage your clients data. Here you will <strong>add individual contacts<\/strong>, <strong>create&nbsp;and name&nbsp;groups&nbsp;of&nbsp;recipients<\/strong>, <strong>import a database from a file<\/strong>, and create&nbsp;custom&nbsp;fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\u00a0portal area also\u00a0includes a list of numbers whose owners have unsubscribed from the database using an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/en\/opt-out-sms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">opt-out link<\/a> and a list of recipients added to the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/blog\/how-to-create-manage-blacklist-using-api\/\" target=\"_blank\">blacklist<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"additional\">Additional functions section<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional functions include <strong>tools supporting\u00a0your activities<\/strong> in the area of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/en\/sms-marketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SMS marketing<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Newsletter&nbsp;SMS&nbsp;widget&nbsp;dedicated&nbsp;for collecting recipient databases, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>generating or importing discount codes, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>checking the number&#8217;s validity using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/blog\/hlr-lookup-check-number\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HLR<\/a>, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>checking the URL activity thanks to&nbsp;web monitor&nbsp;function, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/en\/birthday-sms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Birthday SMS<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/en\/url-shortener\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shortened links<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"api\">More sections, API and account settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the&nbsp;sections&nbsp;with the main functions of the&nbsp;Customer Portal. You can find&nbsp;API settings for integrating the SMSAPI system with any software.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the bottom of the column, there are <strong>direct contact details to the dedicated account manager<\/strong> and the button&nbsp;that&nbsp;immediately starts&nbsp;a chat with a consultant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the upper part of the SMSAPI&nbsp;Customer Portal,&nbsp;there&nbsp;is an account&nbsp;balance, help tab with quick access to API documentation, contact and the possibility of immediate reporting a system failure.
