The single\u00a0campaign\u00a0table contains messages sent in the last 24 hours or four days if\u00a0the\u00a0message\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0have a\u00a0delivery report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The history can be <strong>filtered by the sender&#8217;s name and the recipient&#8217;s number<\/strong>. You can&nbsp;check the following information:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/blog\/sender-id-how-to-send-branded-sms-company-name\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SMS sender name<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recipient&#8217;s number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>date and time,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>status (more on statuses below),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of parts of the message,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information if the message was sent&nbsp;via API or&nbsp;the Customer Portal, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>points spent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other details (hover over the &#8220;i&#8221; icon to display message&#8217;s id, login of the sender and content).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"status\">Message statuses<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All&nbsp;message statuses are explained in the &#8220;Information&#8221; section at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/smsapi-sms-message-status.jpg\" alt=\"Bulk SMS delivery statuses\" class=\"wp-image-3382\" width=\"650\" height=\"559\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">All possible statues of sent SMS messages<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The history of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/en\/bulk-sms\">bulk\u00a0SMS<\/a>\u00a0contains messages sent from the\u00a0Customer\u00a0Portal\u00a0to more than one recipient. Press &#8220;Pause&#8221; button in the History and Reports tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paused campaign may be resumed or stopped completely. In this case, a refund will be made for all unsent messages.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"report\">Generate an SMS&nbsp;campaign&nbsp;report&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <a href=\"https:\/\/ssl.smsapi.com\/react\/sms-history\/reports\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ssl.smsapi.com\/react\/sms-history\/reports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reports tab<\/a>, it is possible to generate summaries based on any settings: reporting method (from a selected period or periodically generated), date range (last month, week, a year or selected range from &#8211; to) and report type (detailed, short or\u00a0bulks).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A detailed report means a list of individual messages sent&nbsp;in a selected&nbsp;period, a&nbsp;short&nbsp;report is a list with the number of messages sent on individual days, and the&nbsp;bulk&nbsp;report concerns only&nbsp;bulk campaigns. Here you should also indicate if the report should include&nbsp;bulks&nbsp;and whether it should contain the content of the message.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional settings include the following options:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sending the report to one or more e-mail&nbsp;addresses;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>giving it a&nbsp;name;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attaching the IDX parameter,&nbsp;which is&nbsp;an optional user&nbsp;parameter;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attaching data from the database of&nbsp;numbers;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adding\u00a0information from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/en\/url-shortener\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cut.li short link<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After configuring the settings, click &#8220;generate&#8221; and download the report or find it in the list below. It is worth remembering that if you generate a report with a very large amount of data, it will be added to the queue and then generated by the system.
