Then, select whether you want to send the same link to all recipients or individual links to every recipient. In the latter case, the <strong>system will generate personalized links for each recipient<\/strong> or you can choose to send &#8220;the same URL&nbsp;for&nbsp;every&nbsp;recipient&#8221; &#8211; then you will have to define the suffix after the slash in the address.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adding\">Adding a shortened link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shortened links are managed in the Additional functions&nbsp;tab. To shorten a link, first select its type &#8211; shortened link to a website or rich media file.&nbsp;Rich media files&nbsp;mean&nbsp;that under the link there\u2019s&nbsp;a file,&nbsp;image, picture or video&nbsp;and you should upload it first.&nbsp;The link to the website redirects to the chosen&nbsp;URL.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ssl.smsapi.com\/webapp#\/shorturl\/links\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.smsapi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/smsapi-sms-short-link-cut-li.jpg\" alt=\"Adding a new link for SMS messaging\" class=\"wp-image-3392\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Create a new short link in the SMSAPI Customer Portal<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the type is chosen,&nbsp;specify the working name of the link and enter the suffix, which is a string&nbsp;of&nbsp;characters&nbsp;after the slash, e.g.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cut.li\/smsapi\">www.cut.li\/smsapi<\/a>, and paste&nbsp;or type&nbsp;the address to which the link should&nbsp;lead&nbsp;and click &#8220;Add&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"manage\">Managing your short links<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below is a list of all shortened links with the option to remove them,&nbsp;their&nbsp;name, the number of clicks&nbsp;divided&nbsp;by device type, link&nbsp;itself, content and editing option.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"list\">View list of clicks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Clicks&nbsp;List tab contains a <strong>detailed analysis of all clicks over time<\/strong> (from the latest).
