Sub-accounts

One account – many people working together

Sharing one account to run and control SMS campaigns with co-workers doesn't mean you all have to share one login and password. Our Web Interface allows to set up sub-accounts and share one credit balance from the main account.

You can set up an unlimited number of sub-users with various accessibility and permission levels and manage the history of activity. You can control each action from the main account and give your co-workers a chance to create their own campaigns.

You can easily add new sub-users and define parameters like:

  • credit limit – how many credits can be used from the main account,
  • renewal limit – number of credits automatically set to the credit limit on the 1st day of month
  • access to contact database – you can grant access to a whole contact database or certain groups of contacts. It is also possible to set up certain privileges:
    • restricted access – sub-users are allowed to send SMS messages, but they won't access the number either in database or in reports.
    • full access – the account has a full access to numbers in selected groups (edition, sending, and deleting)
  • access to sender name – sub-users are able to use the selected user's name for sending SMS messages
